At Iarap, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information with our business partners and advertisers.

5. Files You Create With Our Tools

Most of our tools — image compression, resizing, background removal, PDF merging, video-to-audio conversion and QR code generation — run entirely in your browser. The file you upload into them is processed on your own device and is never sent to us.

What happens to the result depends on your plan:

• Free accounts. We record only that a file was created — the tool used, the file name, its size and the date. The file itself never leaves your device.
• Paid accounts with Cloud Sync. So that you can retrieve your work later from your Library, the generated file is uploaded to our storage provider, Cloudinary, and held in a folder specific to your account.

Stored files are retained for 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically. You can delete any item from your Library at any time, and closing your account removes all of them. We do not inspect, share or use the contents of your files for any purpose other than storing and returning them to you.

If you would rather nothing were stored, use the tools while signed out, or on a Free account.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials — those go directly to Razorpay. We retain a record of each payment (amount, date, method type and a payment reference) because we are required to for accounting and to support refunds.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please note that no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
